The project ET4Digital - Empowering Trainers for Digital Innovation in the Construction Ecosystem aims to address these gaps by training trainers to become change agents capable of guiding SMEs toward digital transformation. The project emphasizes innovative tools and new teaching methodologies to develop advanced digital skills, create technology demonstrators, and design capacity-building programs to foster innovation and make the sector more attractive to young people and professionals.
