Ai Lead 

The main project objective is to support SMEs in implementing AI tools in their daily practices, thus enhancing their efficiency and performance. The project wants to improve the competencies of SME managers and workers on how to access and use AI technologies and the competencies of VET trainers as key actors in developing training initiatives on AI for SMEs.

The partnership, including 4 partners coming from 3 different partner countries (Confindustria Pesaro e Urbino and UNIVPM in Italy; Mindleap in Spain and ECECE in Austria), will produce a MOOC for manager and workers on how to implement AI tools and supporting materials and a face-to-face training path for VET Trainers to develop training initiatives on AI for SMEs. The project will also implement testing phases and dissemination events at the local level.

The partnership will create a MOOC for SME workers and managers to facilitate the integration of AI tools in their daily operations; a Facilitator KIT, which includes resources, and a Training Programme to equip VET trainers with technical expertise and methodological skills to assist SMEs in implementing AI tools and developing training on AI-related topics.
